Public playlists

The past weeks I've been implementing the code to allow users to create public playlists. Your user information however is not displayed, but the title of the playlist and the songs are publicly visible if you set the playlist visibility to Public.

Anyone can view public playlists by navigating through the sidebar menu, playlists, public playlists.
